Important Update: Westlake MUD 1 Billing System Transition

Westlake MUD 1’s water billing and payment system is getting an upgrade! Beginning December 5, residents will receive their first water bill through a new billing platform and customer portal managed by Inframark.

The payment processing transition will happen during the week of November 17. To ensure there’s no interruption in your service or payment history, please take a few minutes to review the key changes below.

What You Need to Know

  • New Account Number

    • Each customer will receive a new 6-digit utility account number (format: xxxxxx).
    • For online payments, a separate payment ID (format: xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx) will now be used.
  • Online Payment Updates

    If you use auto pay or your bank’s online bill payment service, you will need to re-enroll and update the payment mailing address after the transition.

  • New Payment Address

    • If you’re mailing a check, please use the address printed on your new payment coupon.

    • If you’re using online bill-pay, please update the address to the following:

What’s Next

An official billing insert with detailed instructions will accompany your December 5 water bill. Inframark will also send an email notification to customers about the transition process. Be on the lookout for an email from Inframark in your inbox (and check your spam folder just in case).
