Update Oct 18 3:00 a.m.:
Water system is up and repressurized. It is safe to use your water again. Again, the system is safe for all residents to use.

Update Oct 18 2:00 a.m.:
The outage window will need to be extended to 3am, as repairs continue. After repairs, Inframark will perform a test of the system before bringing it back online. We will update when the project is completed.

Update Oct 17 3:00 p.m.:
Westlake and Westlake Village will be the only neighborhoods affected by the outage. Westlake Forest shall remain unaffected.


Original Oct 17 12:30 p.m.: The Westlake MUD 1 Board of Directors and their operator, Inframark, would like to advise residents that water service to District residents will be interrupted between 10 p.m., Saturday October 17, 2020, and 2 a.m. Sunday October 18, 2020.

This interruption will be to effect repairs on a leaking valve. As of this posting, the repair is expected to take 2-3 hours, within the window described above. Updates will be posted if this changes. All Westlake residents will be affected by this outage during the repair window.
