Water Topics

As residents of Southwest Texas, we have unfortunately become familiar with the issue of drought conditions. Most importantly, we have become familiar with how to conserve water. The State of Texas requires all water districts to have in place a Drought Contingency Plan which sets forth conservation procedures during drought conditions. Westlake's can be found at the following link in .PDF format. Please read it so that we will be better prepared to deal with drought conditions.

Federal and State regulations require public water systems to test public drinking water for certain contaminants. Annually, the District provides to its customers a Water Quality Report. It is fully explanatory and is written in layman’s terms to be easily understood. Please read this report and feel free to contact us for any clarification needed.
